By using our services, booking repairs, or submitting a device for service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
These terms are designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and smooth service for all customers.
1. Service Agreement
By booking a repair or submitting a device, you authorize M Solution to diagnose, repair, and service your device.
Repair work will begin only after customer approval of the estimated cost.
2. Diagnosis & Repair Approval
- Devices are inspected before repair.
• A price estimate is provided after diagnosis.
• Repair begins only after your approval.
• If additional issues are found, we will inform you before proceeding.
3. Repair Time
Most common repairs are completed the same day.
Complex repairs may require additional time depending on diagnosis, severity, and parts availability.
Estimated timelines are approximate and not guaranteed.
4. Warranty Terms
Warranty is provided on selected repairs and replaced parts.
Warranty does not cover:
- physical damage
- water/liquid damage after repair
- mishandling or accidental damage
- unauthorized repairs by others

5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are advised to:
- take a full data backup before repair
- remove SIM card and memory card
- disable passwords/locks if required for testing
- provide accurate issue details
M Solution is not responsible for data loss during repair.
6. Data & Privacy
We respect customer privacy and handle devices professionally.
Technicians do not access personal data unless required for testing.
However, customers are responsible for backing up their data.
7. Parts & Replacement Policy
- Genuine parts are used whenever available.
- High-quality compatible parts may be used if originals are unavailable or upon customer request.
- Old replaced parts may be returned on request (if applicable).
8. Doorstep Service Terms
Doorstep service is available in Delhi NCR.
- A visiting charge of ₹199 applies.
- Visiting charges are adjusted if repair is completed.
- Visiting charges remain payable if repair is declined.
- Extra charges may apply for distant locations (in rare cases).
- A visiting charge of ₹199 applies.
9. Pickup & Delivery Service
- Pickup charges are paid by the customer.
- Return delivery charges are covered by M Solution.
- Devices must be packed securely for transport.
- M Solution is not responsible for damage caused due to improper packaging.
10. Courier Repair Service (Outside NCR)
Customers sending devices via courier must:
- pack devices securely
- use a trusted courier service
- insure the shipment if valuable
Transit risk remains with the courier provider.
M Solution is not responsible for damage or loss during shipping.
11. Payment Terms
We accept:
- UPI
- Cash
- Bank transfer
Full payment must be completed before device delivery.
12. Unrepairable Devices
If a device is found beyond repair:
- the customer will be informed
- only inspection charges (if applicable) may apply
- no repair charges will be taken
- the customer will be informed
13. Device Collection & Storage
Customers are requested to collect their devices promptly after repair.
Devices left uncollected for extended periods may incur storage charges.
14. Limitation of Liability
M Solution is not liable for:
- pre-existing faults
- data loss
- software issues unrelated to repair
- damage caused by misuse after service
- courier transit damage
15. Changes to Terms
M Solution reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
